Registration for the 2024 season opens December 1st, 2023 and will end March 1st, 2024 or when the division is full.   Once full, a wait list is created, it allows us to see if we can create another team, or change the numbers on a team. 

With COVID-19, we understand that everyone’s world is a little different these days, and we appreciate everyone’s continued support and enthusiasm for ball hockey. We have been developing our Return to play guidelines, and we have been planning a number of options for our upcoming ball hockey season beginning Spring 2024. We expect a "normal" ball hockey season this year with practices, games and interlocking with other associations. We are opening registration as normal on December 1, and ask everyone to register as soon as possible. Thank you for your continued support for ball hockey. Stay safe.

This season we will again be offering a Female only PROGRAM for the Season 2024! Our goal is to increase female participation by offering female only teams and skill development. Competitive female players will have opportunities to participate at the Western Challenge Cup 2024 (TBD)  and the Canadian Juniors Nationals (TBA).

Female registration options for ages 11-19 to play in:

1. Co-ed divisions (regular fee) - Register in your Co-ed division group
2. Female only division (no charge) -  Register in female  division only
3. Both, co-ed & female divisions (regular fee only) -  Register in your Co-ed division group and answer yes interested in both divisions in post division selection 

All other players’ registration register as per last season, i.e. co-ed division.

 

Our Ball Hockey season runs from April to June of each year.   Registration begins in December and runs to mid February, or until an age group is full.

The number of teams are determined by the amount of rink time available from the City of Richmond, and the ability to fit in practices and games through our season.

 

Registration fees and Age Groups are:

Little Tykes - Born 2018 - 2019:   - $95.00 - sessions only once per week

Tykes - Born 2016 - 2017:   - $220.00

Peanut - Born in 2014 or 2015: - $220.00

Pup - Born in 2012 or 2013: - $220.00

Peewee - Born in 2010 or 2011: - $220.00

Minor - Born in 2008 or 2009: - $235.00

Major - Born in 2006 or 2007: - $235.00

Junior - Born in 2003, 2004 or 2005: - $240.00
