No experience is required for coaching in the Peanut and Pup Divisions, as courses and mentorships are available and excellent program material can be found from numerous sources including links on this web site. Developmental courses are also available for more experienced individuals looking to coach more advanced levels from Peewees to Juniors. Patience and good communication skills are an asset, and the ability to create fun for the players is a must! You'll be required to plan practice sessions and create game plans and be able to communicate your objectives with parents and the other team officials.
